Return & Exchange Policy

Le Lumiere gives utmost importance to quality control wherein our product(s) are inspected at multiple stages by our quality control teams to ensure that you receive our products at its best quality.  This policy is only applicable for product(s) purchased through Le Lumiere online store.

All of us at Le Lumiere want you to be satisfied with your order. This Return and Exchange policy sets out our procedures for change of mind after purchase.

There is no return and cash refund in any part or in full for items purchased. In the event that you change your mind regarding the item you purchased, you can return it to us to exchange for other items that is/are equal or greater in price. If you select a product(s) that is/are greater in price, you will have to pay the price difference. All returns to exchange a product have to be done within 3 days upon receiving your item. Shipping fees will not be refunded for exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, not damaged/ scratched in any way and in the original condition that you received it. All tags and original packaging must be intact. Le Lumiere reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request if these conditions are not met. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, please contact us at online@lelumiere.com within 3 days upon receiving your items.

Return & Exchange Process

If you would like to make a return and exchange for another item, you can email us at online@lelumiere.com with your invoice and the item you would like to exchange to. We will then advise accordingly if the exchange is possible. Thereafter, if approval is given for a valid exchange, our customer sales representatives will contact you to bring your items to our Le Lumiere retail store for exchange.


Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Special Orders and Engraved Jewellery

For all special orders, including but not limited to altered jewellery, customized jewellery and engraved jewellery, these items would not be eligible for exchanges. In addition, sponsored jewellery such as items used for giveaways are also not eligible for exchanges.


Le Lumiere reserves the right at any time to make changes to this site, including the prices, products and services offered on this site. We also reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the site.
