How do I know my ring size?
String and paper can be used to measure ring sizes. First, wrap string or paper around your finger’s base. Mark with a pen the point where the ends meet. You can use a ruler to determine how long the thread or paper is (mm). Choose the closest measurement from the ring size chart to get your ring size.
How tight should a ring be?
A properly sized ring should slide over your knuckle with minimal resistance and fit snugly, but not too tightly, on your finger. To remove the ring backwards over your knuckle, you should feel resistance and need to use a little extra force.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
You can have it resized at one of the Tomei locations that is most convenient for you. We provide you three iterations of resizing at no extra cost. Despite this, it is strongly suggested that you check that your ring size is correct before making a purchase because doing so will be more convenient for you.
How about engraving my ring?
Your ring can be engraved at no additional cost, and we are more than happy to do it for you.
What kind of ring that can’t be resized?
Eternity rings, for the reason that they have a predetermined number of gemstones for every finger size.
Do you have a physical store in Malaysia?
We do, indeed. Le Lumiere’s Flagship Store can be found at The Gardens Mall, Lot F222, Level 1. You may find our wares at Goldheart and Tomei stores across the country.
What is the GIA diamond certificate, and why do we exclusively choose GIA?
The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the knowledge and understanding of gemstones and diamonds via research, education, and certification. As the foremost authority on diamonds, GIA created the International Grading System in 1953, which has become the universally accepted benchmark for evaluating diamonds across the globe.
To assure that we produce the finest of the best, we solely sell GIA certified diamonds.
What are the Four Cs?
Following standards given by GIA, a diamond is evaluated based on its “Four Cs”: carat weight, colour, clarity, and cut (GIA). Each diamond is graded specifically based on these criteria.

What is the Perfect 8 Hearts and 8 Arrows?
It is a magnificent precision cut version of the standard 57/58 faceted round brilliant cut, and it serves as Le Lumiere’s hallmark diamond. It is defined by a high degree of cutting accuracy in order to achieve perfect symmetry, which in turn results in the most impressive display of fire, brightness, and scintillation.

Can I customized my engagement ring or wedding band?
Absolutely! At Le Lumiere, we offer impeccable service and the finest engagement rings and wedding bands available. One of the best ways to convey one’s individuality and sense of style is through the creation of one’s own ring. Which customized options are there to choose from?
There are several customization choices available. You have the option of starting from scratch to incorporate all of your specific design preferences, or you may have an already design modified to better suit your preferences. Aside from that, even with ready-made jewelry, minimal modifications can be done.
How long will it take for the customization process to be completed?
Depending on the complexity of your ring’s design, it might take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks to complete.

Additionally, it would be our pleasure to participate in the process of brainstorming alongside you. - A preliminary drawings and prototype
Our designer will begin sketching the design in line with your requirements as soon as the design has been approved, at which point you will be requested to make a deposit. A sketch of your finished customized item will be sent to you for review and approval once it is ready. For added realism, we’ll also provide a 3D model for you to test out and tweak until it’s perfect for you. - Creating and structuring your one-of-a-kind, ultimate masterpiece
Production of your unique piece of jewelry will begin as soon as you approve of the design and 3D model, and we will be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.
What shipping options does LeLumiere.com offer?
We are offering free standard shipping on all orders within Malaysia. Alternatively, customers may also choose to pick up their purchased item(s) at our LeLumiere showroom in The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur.
How long does the delivery service take?
Once you have received the order confirmation email, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends or public holidays). After the parcel has been shipped, the delivery service will take around 3-5 working days in West Malaysia and around 8–10 days in East Malaysia. Kindly expect a slight delay in delivery service during peak or festive seasons.
When can I pick up my purchase item(s) at LeLumiere Showroom?
For self-pickup, your order will be prepared within 4-6 working days. You will be notified via email or phone call once the parcel is ready for pick up. Kindly collect it within 30 days once it has arrived.
What courier service providers are available on LeLumiere.com?
We only use NinjaVan as the courier service provider for our official website.
Will the delivery service be insured?
We do provide insurance coverage on all orders within Malaysia. Please rest assured that your purchased item(s) will be delivered to you safely.
How can I track my order status?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Alternatively, you may take a look at your personal LeLumiere Account to check your current order status.
Can I request to change my shipping address?
You may request to change the shipping address before we have packed your order. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your order. Hence, kindly ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address before placing the order.
What happens if my parcel is damaged or lost?
You must file a claim within 3 days of the delivery date. You may also provide supporting documents such as images and videos of the airway bill and damage as evidence. We will look into individual cases and carry out an investigation. You may refer to our Returns and Refund Policy here for more information.
For security purposes, we will advise customers to receive the parcel personally by hand instead of placing it at an unsecured location. We will not be liable for any misplaced or lost parcels if you have instructed the delivery person to leave your parcel at an unsecured location.
